01 / why super6T/e
100% Australian-developed firmware with secure boot, AES-256 encrypted updates and dual-redundant CAN. No foreign code in the safety path.
The only NATO 6T designed and built in Australia, providing a secure allied second source for procurement teams.
24 kg in the standard NATO 6T envelope, about 41 kg lighter than a 65 kg lead-acid 6T reference.
Lithium iron phosphate is non-spillable and non-propagating, keeping failure energy inside the cell rather than spreading across the pack.
A 3,000-cycle cell specification to 80% capacity, active balancing and over 95% round-trip efficiency reduce whole-of-life cost.
superSentinel and CAN telemetry report state of charge, health and faults in real time for deployed support teams.
02 / technical specifications
100 Ah typical at 1C, 25 C. MIL-PRF-32565C performance is treated as a conservative 75 Ah floor. Full data remains subject to controlled evidence review.

+55 C
At -20 C the unheated cold-floor value is 70 Ah; the integrated heater recovers capacity toward the 25 C figure.
rate capability at 25 C
2C and 3C are pulse-rated and duration-limited. The 20.0 V BMS cut-off protects cells under sustained heavy draw.
cycle life vs DoD
Optimised for sustained auxiliary, standby and silent power, not for starting duty.
04 / integrated intelligence
The superBMS carries a fuel-gauge IC, a MEMS accelerometer and an environment sensor on a single board, all reporting in real time over the CAN bus.
ModelGauge and coulomb counting track SOC, SOH and remaining capacity, then report usable runtime over CAN.
ST LIS3DH sensing supports free-fall, motion, tamper and impact event logging.
BME688 sensing supports gas, pressure, humidity and temperature context inside the battery intelligence layer.
superSentinel
On-device colour display plus a self-contained Wi-Fi web app for any phone, tablet or laptop. No internet, nothing in the cloud.
View deployed super6T fleet condition, pack status and operating data through a field-ready interface.
Support authorised battery management activity through the local service workflow for technicians and operators.
Capture evidence for readiness, maintenance and operational support without relying on cloud services.
Use self-contained Wi-Fi with no internet connection and nothing in the cloud for field diagnostics.
05 / environmental and resilience
Quiet auxiliary, standby and silent-watch power for sensors, comms and equipment when the engine or generator is off.
Replaces generators, diesel and lead-acid where noise, fumes and import risk must be reduced.
Rugged sovereign energy for high-risk places, from armoured platforms to remote communications.
06 / compliance, qualification and ordering
